Goldie N.

Meet Goldie. She's a favorite around here. All the kids love her. Here's my nephew Aiden with Goldie. This was right after he kissed her.

Goldie came to us after a trip to the pet store with Scott and little boy R. Scott just couldn't say no. Goldie was very friendly at first but she has since bit somebody and now Goldie will live out the rest of her years in her spacious home.

She does crazy things. Like fit through spots you wouldn't think she could fit through. She's also an escape artist but if you leave her cage on the floor she always come back at night. Except for the time she found her way into the stove......and she lives to tell the story haha. She also hangs from the bars at the top of her cage and swings around, does pull ups and hangs by all fours. She should be on Stupidest Pet Tricks. She does this all night along with knawing at the tops of the tubes and any other plastic she can find. She now is litter trained LOL, thanks to an idea from my Ohio family by getting her a litter box! Yes they make hamster litter boxes.

Goldie aquired a last name as well this month. The daycare kids wanted to know her last name and I said she didn't have one so Little R who is 4 decided she will now be called Goldie Nocturnal. Pretty clever for four. Especially since Goldie only comes out at night!
We have a bunch of more pets I will tell you about in the future. Goldie is part of our daycare family and is loved by all.
MAN, I need to have a kid haha.
